Success means dealing w/ the past....

[COLOR="DarkOrchid"]I think the one thing that I realize this time is that in order for me to succeed and not just lose the weight but keep it off is for me to deal w/ the past.
All the emotional hurt and overload that made want to hide in this fat/obese body for so long. Things that were said, things that were said.
I can think about something as far back as when I was a kid and the pain and hurt is like I am standing right there and it is happening all over again.
I want to remember the hurt because it made me who I am, It made me get this big and hopefully I can look back and learn from the experience but I have to learn to let go of the pain and hurt that was caused!
If anyone knows HOW to learn this PLEASE lmk! Otherwise I will trying to wing it. lol[/COLOR]
