A new leaf

Thrilled to find this site! Really thinking that thatlow but not NO carb is a great option.Lost 100lbs on QWC but need more real life practical options for my future.I like that hubby Jay can enjoy these foods too! His high fat,creamy,cheezy ways will work with this plan!

It's nice to have new options to explore.I satrted (or restarted!) at 284.5 and in a week and a day or two I am at 276'ish.Good results and I feel good.Looking forward to cooking indoors more when summer ends.Yummy baking!Need to get on with exercise.Weight loss has left me looking like a melting soft serve...

I am tired and hungry but want to stick with this for at least for one week and see how it works. I have been doing low carb for a while but have just not been looseing so I am trying this only 20 grams deal. We will see how it works. If I will loose a some weight it will be worth this pain!

Struggling with motivation

It's quite hard to work full-time, have a toddler in the house, be a wife, study, and exercise.

For the life of me, I cannot understand why, oh why, do I always let myself get unnoticed and stop exercising whenever it feels like I don't have the time.

How is it better to open a bottle of beer and lie on the couch watching tv - knowing that I'll hate myself tomorrow - than exercise? Yes, it was an exhausting day at work and yes I didn't sleep very well. Why is it still so hard to motivate oneself even when it should be crystal clear that exercising gives...

So I am down to 224.4 today. I view tomorrow's weigh in as my one for the week so I would like to see some movement. I can't decide if I should eat the same thing I ate the last 3 days? I already had the same breakfast my blue cheese hamburger pie. I kinda want a chicken caesar salad for dinner but am afraid it will mess up my number tomorrow.... hmmm
