Induction

Ok, I had my first anniversay on atkins on 8/19/2009. I had plateued so many time, I can't even count. I went off Atkins for a couple of weeks, just to see if things would change, and I gained about 3-5 lbs, which is ok. Now I'm ready to be back on track, and the routine has been broken.

for BKFAST: I had Omlette with eggplants and frensh type soft goat cheese. It wasn't bad, but now I know, I don't like goat cheese I thought I would love it, but I don't. It need some type of herb, maybe basil, I only used salt and Pepper, so next time, I'll use mozerrela and basil.

OK so yesterday was weigh-in day at 224. I am happy about this, 12 lbs down in 4 weeks, not bad. We have 5 1/2 weeks til the cruise. I allowed myself to splurge yesterday with some peanut clusters and fried cheese. we also went to happy hour so I had beer. Today I was super good;

B: 2 egg omelet with mushrooms, onions, muenster cheese, bacon and salsa. coffee w/ hc
D: 10 oz filet with sauteed mushrooms

Yummy day!
We will see what affect the beer has...

Maintaining but still losing...yessss!

It has been a loopy week. The crazy cravings and hunger of last week have passed which is a relief. I have continued to lose this week despite the fact that I am"officially" maintaining. This morning I was 141lbs. My goal was 145lb and I will be happy if I stay under that but 135-140lb would make me feel very happy. I guess that right now I am eating in a way that I think that I can continue. Eventually, I won't lose any more weight and will level out. It might be now or a couple of pounds less but either way, I am satisfied!

Hannah and Sarah brought me wine...

DAY 3 & 4

still hanging in there, the road is long but i am on my way again, day 4. i weighed myself and saw no loss but I am still determined to continue, i am at a plateau but I am eating so much better.

I work for a confectionery company and on a norml day i would eat:
2 slabs of chocolate
eat high carb foods in my lunch
binge an eat high carbs at home and more chocolate.

Calculate the sin i put in my body. I have now cut out on all chocolates,complex carbs and binging. i upped my intake of water today in a few weeks i will feel better, i am...
