8 hour done

Just finished my 8th hour.

Ab struggle this time.
-one leg up: Went better as I did 25 on each side.

Hips&Thighs
-It seems that my form is correct. I should be sitting more upright, but cannot due to those lovehandles
-Also, I should relax more. Now I'm just too desperate to get those movements feeling in the buttocks that I tense my every muscle.

Pelvis
-Twyla's hint of doing pelvic scoops legs open really feels in my inner thighs. Just as she said it would. I'll do either 2 sets: one regular and one modified;...

So yesterday was good I had;
sausage sauteed mushrooms and onions with some scrambled egg for brekkie and the same for dinner without the egg. Other than that I had two chocolate covered almonds that I shouldn't have had but at least it was only two.

Today's plan;
Breakfast: Coffee and mock danish
Dinner: Burger on oopsies

I need to drink more water

Sunday-Changed the food already

This is how well planning works for me, lol. I didn't have the energy to cook eggs, I woke up late ect. I had the 5X5 pita with coconut oil and natural peanut butter. What I do is drain off the peanut oil to add coconut so there isn't any extra oil. The coconut is suppossed to be good for my thyroid stuff and for candida, so it's worth the extra effort.

I guess I'm going to have to start making boiled eggs ahead of time if I want to have eggs. Or have eggs for dinner. Cooking in the morning doesn't seem to work for me.

Wow what is wrong with me. I was perfect yesterday. I get home late from work and my hubby and friend had ordered a pizza. They were asleep but there were two pieces left. I ate the toppings off one - good girl. Then I ate the whole second piece! Why?!? UGH

Anyway back on plan now.
Having coffee now.
Probably do egg scramble with it. sausage mush and onions

Dinner - cheeseburger pie

For Sunday

I'm thinking ahead.

Tommorrow for breakfast I could have eggs with sausage. I've got all parts of myself complaining about the fat in the sausage though. I really need to get over this diet mentality. I cannot possibly be eating enough fat that my body has enough to not burn my own. I'm not going to eat a pound of sausage, just about two ounces. Relax woman!

Ok....

Wake up: Down two or 3 walnut halves to stop gluco. release
Breakfast: eggs and sausage. Cook eggs with coconut oil. Ok, screw the sausage. Omlette...
