I feel like a kid again...writing my first report of the school year! But the past three weeks of traveling have been so awesome and I just have to report on all my experiences...with food and without!

We hit the road late in the day and drove straight through Kansas (been there...done that...ALOT!!!) and started the day in South Dakota. Our first stop was the Corn Palace in Mitchell, SD. It was fun to tour such a kampy, touristy spot along with all of the other people who don't know anything about corn except that it makes you fat.

Just finished my 8th hour.

Ab struggle this time.
-one leg up: Went better as I did 25 on each side.

Hips&Thighs
-It seems that my form is correct. I should be sitting more upright, but cannot due to those lovehandles
-Also, I should relax more. Now I'm just too desperate to get those movements feeling in the buttocks that I tense my every muscle.

Pelvis
-Twyla's hint of doing pelvic scoops legs open really feels in my inner thighs. Just as she said it would. I'll do either 2 sets: one regular and one modified;...

So yesterday was good I had;
sausage sauteed mushrooms and onions with some scrambled egg for brekkie and the same for dinner without the egg. Other than that I had two chocolate covered almonds that I shouldn't have had but at least it was only two.

Today's plan;
Breakfast: Coffee and mock danish
Dinner: Burger on oopsies
