For Sunday

I'm thinking ahead.

Tommorrow for breakfast I could have eggs with sausage. I've got all parts of myself complaining about the fat in the sausage though. I really need to get over this diet mentality. I cannot possibly be eating enough fat that my body has enough to not burn my own. I'm not going to eat a pound of sausage, just about two ounces. Relax woman!

Ok....

Wake up: Down two or 3 walnut halves to stop gluco. release
Breakfast: eggs and sausage. Cook eggs with coconut oil. Ok, screw the sausage. Omlette...

Saturday August 8th

Well, today I ate:

Breakfast:
3 cups of coffee with cream and stevia drops
2 crackers >5mg carb with natural peanut butter
2 oz. mozarella

Snack: Handful of Walnuts

Lunch:
A peice of Chicken breast
2 crackers >5mg carb with natural peanut butter

Snack: Handful of Walnuts

Dinner: Whey protein smoothie with cocoa, cocunut milk, cream, truvia, and Spinach.

What I'd like to do tomorrow: Get another 5X5 planned so I'm not having crackers and peanut butter twice a day....

Day 3 - day 1 after loading

Good day so far!

Had my breakfast – 4 egg whites and a handful of strawberries
Snack – 2.36 chicken and handful of broccoli with a tbsp of walden ranch dip
Lunch - same as snack 1


This is so far. Off to the gym then I’ll have my post workout meal which is an apple and protein shake.

Dinner is 2.36 chicken and some sort of veggie.

I know last night I said I was going to eat healthy but since it was still part of my loading I had some chips with cheese on top…I shouldn’t say some cause I had a crap load lol and then...

I am so surprised

I talked to my mom today who is all for me to have this done and she told me she wanted to see the diet that they were going to put me on after it was all said and done. I asked why she said she was going to do the diet with me for extra encouragement and she was going to walk with me and maybe go to the gym with me. She has never said anything like that to me. We have never been real close and this a great start to a change for the better. She said she was going to be with me every step of the way. I did break down and cry which is a little silly but in touched...

OK w have 7 weeks til our cruise - woohoo! I would like to lose 25 lbs but I know that will be tough. I lost 11 lbs the first two weeks I was back OP and nothing this third week. I know that is common and I am about to get my period so I am not stressing it. My goal this week is to stay away from the sf sweets and eat clean.

Breakfast
Coffee sf creamer (need to go back to HC) Splenda/stevia
2 oopsies
2 eggs
2 slices bacon
1 slice muenster cheese

Dinner
Grilled chicken breast
1 slice provolone cheese
lettuce...
