I'm thinking ahead.
Tommorrow for breakfast I could have eggs with sausage. I've got all parts of myself complaining about the fat in the sausage though. I really need to get over this diet mentality. I cannot possibly be eating enough fat that my body has enough to not burn my own. I'm not going to eat a pound of sausage, just about two ounces. Relax woman!
