Finally got my book yesterday

Well, I finally got my book yesterday. I'm following the Metabolism B diet by Dianne Kress. So far so good. I'm not sure how I feel. I get silly with panic anytime the idea of weight loss comes up. I don't even like food. One line in the book talked about how you didn't want to start eating because then you were out of control. I almost started crying when I read it. I don't know how many days of my life I spent trying to put off eating as long as possible in order to not wake the monster. Because of the progression the last few years have been like hell. Finally had the courage to step on the scale......

Now I know why I had been putting it off.....

Stepped on and it said 129.1. Sounds great if you didn't know that I seriously got back on my low carb program about 3 weeks ago.

My initial weight was 129.9. Then I unexpectantly ballooned to 131.

These numbers may seem low to you-so you may say huh, who cares? She's already thin......

Keep in mind that I am too large for most of my clothing.......that I've been hard core dieting for 3 weeks.......and that I've only lost .8 pound.

How do you feel when you can't...

Day 2 of HCG - Would love any feedback!!

Back for another log. I did not log yesterday 8/5/09 which was my first shot. When it comes to the loading phase it’s a little tough for me. I have battled with bulimia since I was 15 so my doctor told me not to load. She said to eat like I normally would because she didn’t want any triggers to pop up. So basically I didn’t binge but I did go off what I typically eat and I got some chips and a few cookies. They were good!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope this doesn’t change my weight loss ahead. If anyone has any advice that would be great!

Today – woke up and gave myself the shot all by myself...

Today I was supposed to do the full hour, but feeling just too tired I decided to do the maintenance instead. And this time it took 15 minutes

Maybe I should get those Quick programs or the AM/PM in case there are days like this.

Yes, I should...

Still, better to do something than nothing.
