Week 1 Day 5

I plugged my information in to Spark People and noticed that I am definitely not getting in enough calories. I'm going to incorporate more lean ground beef to up the calories a bit. By 4pm yesterday I was drained and slept for 4 hours! I am still trucking along and looking forward to weighing in on Saturday.

Meal 1-two eggs/turkey bacon(3 slices)5
Meal 2-Hamburger Pattie
Meal 3-6 chicken drummettes(no skin)
Meal 4-Shrimp w/Jerk seasoning
Meal 5-???

First some background.

D1 - Load day - Starting weight 238.5. I ate until I thought I was going to be sick.

D2 - Load day - weight 241.5 Did get sick to my stomach today. I am not used to eating so much junk.

D3 - Starting weight 242. I had a headache all day long. Didn't get to go work out. Did well on the diet though. Was starving at 9 am, but held out until 10 am for my apple. Drank a gallon of water. We went out to eat for dinner at Black-eyed Pea. Got the grilled shrimp with double broccoli. Each shrimp shewer had 5 shrimp on them....
