Starting HCG tomorrow

Tomorrow I will be going to the Dr. to get my first set of shots and my meal plan! I am hoping I can start tomorrow so my plan will be to just have coffee in the morning until my appoinment which is at 11:00am. I can't wait and I really jope I can start tomorrow. I'm very nervous but excited at the sametime. I feel like lately I've been really struggling to STOP overeating! It's carbs too and I gain weight very quickly on carbs. I know if I can get theough the first few days I will be good! Those first few days are always so hard from me. Maybe my body goes through carb detox lol Well I hope...

I finally made it back to 199.0 this morning. I am so happy. I know that I can make it to my overall gaol of 156. I just need to take it one step at a time. I know that my weight loss will slow down overtime but for know I am going to bask in the glory that I have lost at least 1lb a day for the last seven - eight days.

Starting week four

I'm starting week four of induction and didn't have a loss last week.

I'm not too cut up about it. My pants are definitely feeling a little loose, and I also cheated over the weekend. I've decided not to feel guilty about that. I kept having dreams about eating carbs so I had a little bit of the stuff I was missing: cottage cheese, nuts, 1/2 cup of pasta salad, buns with my burgers, and even a bowl of ice cream. Oddly enough the ice cream ended up tasting too sweet.

I'm now back on plan and do not want to have a cheat day again. It's a bummer to be kicked out of ketosis...

Now that was a workout!

Just finished my 7th hour of 10/10. and 3rd for August (full hours, that is).

Oh my. Lower abs and inner thighs are still warm and my hands are shaking a bit.

I studied the links I got from Ellie and the results are:

-sitting, leg bent: got better. Keeping my elbow on the floor for first 25 reps I understood how I'm supposed to turn my pelvis to get the buttocks working. I was able to sit up for the rest.
-sitting, leg straight: right side got better, but on my left side I felt almost nothing. Thighs are working, buttocks aren't ...

I don't know if I can really consider this a "blog" its more like my journal/journey. I think in a blog I'm suppose to express my opinions on "stuff" and other "stuff" hee hee, I don't know..... me just babbling.
