Just finished my 7th hour of 10/10. and 3rd for August (full hours, that is).
Oh my. Lower abs and inner thighs are still warm and my hands are shaking a bit.
I studied the links I got from Ellie and the results are:

sitting, leg bent: got better. Keeping my elbow on the floor for first 25 reps I understood how I'm supposed to turn my pelvis to get the buttocks working. I was able to sit up for the rest.

sitting, leg straight: right side got better, but on my left side I felt almost nothing. Thighs are working, buttocks aren't
