A little sore from tubing today.....

Posted 08-03-2009 at 04:22 PM by katrina9799
Must mean that I don't excerize enough

I mustered up the courage to try on my jeans.....and the good news is that I could put them on, button them, and zip them

Bad news? Very tight. I would NOT wear them at this point. They are meant to be snug-not tight.

Maybe in another week or two......

First workout since getting back from Tennessee

Posted 08-03-2009 at 12:16 PM by Flaxman
I had a good full body workout and then 30 minutes on the treadmill. I think I could have gone longer but didn't want to overdo it after getting back from holidays.

I've got to cut the grass later which will mean a bit more of a chance of burning some more calories....

.

The National Farmers Union said it had always said that both conventional and organic food to be "equally healthy and nutritious."

The NFU said: "It...
