Today is a perfect day to post my first blog.
Last week, I decided that I was no longer going to yo-yo diet around, and that I wanted to be healthy for life.
I've always tried diets, and I would lose weight, then gain it right back.
Now, I've learned that losing weight is not a sprint, but a marathon.
So, I gave myself goals that might take a while to attain, but I know its for the better.
Goal 1: December 2009 (150)
Goal 2: May 2009 (130)
That's only two goals because I want to see how I look and...
