I've lost track of days, due to illness, but I am back on plan, and counting calories as well as carbs.

Day 1 on the Beach

So far, so good. I got to work to find a large tray of bagels and pastries waiting for me. I went elsewhere, but I wished that I had gotten up on time so that I could have eaten before I left. I did have some almonds to snack on, though.
Today was just a half day, so I came home and had some scrambled eggs and Canadian bacon.
Not having my carbs today, I know that I'm going to want to munch all day long...I guess I can have some celery.

I am checking back in after dinner. Wow. Big (OP) meal. i was excited. BUT...CRAVINGS are back with a vengeance. I decided...

I woke up this morning with a renewed sense of purpose. I exercised for about 35 minutes which made me feel really good. I hurt my knee a few months ago during a step class session and have been out of commission for about 2 months. Anyway I will have a fabulous day. I will celebrate everyday just like it's my birthday. Happy Birthday to me

Good Morning me
Time to hit the ground running I have lots to get done today.

Lets get the house out of the way first. I left it in a mess last night.

Make bed
straighten bedroom, gather cloths, sweep floor.

Brush teeth, clean bathroom mirror, give toilet a swipe,sweep and damp mop bathroom, empty trash

Straighten office, run duster over desk and bookshelves sweep.

Sweep hallway, entrance and front room, put mail away from hall dresser.

Empty kitchen trash, empty dishwasher, wipe counters,...

It is what it is

Decided to give blogging a try. I love making lists. Guess it goes with the type A personality. Plus it keeps me on track since I tend to get sidetracked very easily.

When I saw we had the option to blog here now I thought, why not? I can make my 'to do lists' in here instead of on paper. I can keep track of exercise and weight loss and have everything neatly in one place. Plus it'll be a good place to keep track of my feelings as I try to change my way of eating.

I enjoy the journal but here since its just not out there taking up posts space I think I would feel...
