I felt that I have been 'cleaning up my act' and getting back on my program......
But when I stepped on my scale today I had actually gained 2 pounds. You can imagine how discouraging this is
I have been eating approx 35 grams a day. (i had been really hitting the doughnuts, chips, and crackers before.....so 35 grams is a clean-up for me)
The surprise is that I would NOT expect to gain weight on 35 grams.
I could usually steer to eat up to 60 grams and NOT gain-but certainly NOT lose.
I could usually lose a tiny bit...
