Random thought

I have been thinking, too much as always. It has always been my goal to establish a daily spiritual practice. When I was studing with T. Thorn Coyle, we sat for 20 miutes a day. I counted breaths, and I used to know how many sets of 10 would get me to 20 minutes.
I like the regularity and the stability, kind of low carb eating. you know what you will be doing, you know the next thing. Sometimes God talks to you to relieve the monotony.
God talking to me usuly sounds like a really sane calm voice in my head, the illuminated thought, so rational, different from the random others....

I think they skimped a bit more than they should have on the book plot, and they added some scenes that weren't in the book, but those were well done.
I especially like some of the facial expressions Ron Weasly gets, too amusing!
We also learn that Dumbledore is a knitter! I don't remember if that was in the book or not, but I especially like that.

SO I got back from visiting with the in-laws, with only painful boredom to show for it. We went to Golden Corral for dinner, so managed to be reasonably good. Had 4 cubes of jello and some whippedcream, instead of...

Okay I am back again after hiatus. I have tried the EC regiment by Tosca and still I am at 205. I think I was trying her very regimented program and then I would rebel and have a binge. Well no more. I know LC works for me. I lost 75 pounds doing it and was down to 165. Alas, two years later I have put on 40 pounds. I feel more comfortable at 170. So my goal is 30 pounds before my 40th bday in November. I am going to get back in the gym and train three days a week as well. I am also going to quit smoking. I can't do it anymore. I had quit for 12 years back 7 years ago and then one wild weekend...

Day Eight

I've been depressed and frustrated. I'm trying to get myself up in the morning without the "I don't wanna" feeling. My being fat skin rashes have gotten really bad. Probably because my boody is cleaning itself out. I really want the metabolism miracle book. Next month I hope to be able to get it. Anyway, I'm not very jolly. I just wanted to make some kind of post.

Food for the day

Breakfast:
2 eggs
1 oz cheddar
Coffee w/whipped cream, 2 Equal

Snack:
Coffee w/2 Equal, 2 TBS 1/2 n' 1/2

Lunch:
B/S chicken strips
1 TBS mayo
1.5 c lettuce
1 oz cheddar
Diet coke

Dinner:
2 hamburger patties
2 TBS mayo
1.5 c lettuce
Dessert coffee

Exercise: Wii Sports tennis, bowling, and golf with DH.

10:00 a.m.:I'm still feeling horrible, but better than I was earlier.
