Dr. visit confirmed BP was down. YES! Now it's time to start on the WOE and the excercise plan.

Today's goal:
Cook up meats to have ready for eating
stick to plan
activate membership at gym!

Is it the fibre??

Just started out today using Carbquik and made pancakes this morn at 9:30..I did have 4 pancakes. It is now 3:30 and I am STILL not hungry!! This is amazing! Is it the fibre content that is doing this? Hope it lasts..whatever it is..

Yes you will still get results if you're not doing the exercises 100% correctly. You can only do what your body will allow...at this time.

The more workouts you complete the more understanding you will gain of the CallaneticsConcepts and you'll be able to intensify the workout by focusing more on the concepts as you pulse or hold a stretch.

As far as keeping the pelvic floor activated while exercising; it is normal in the beginning to lose the isolation and that's why it's reiterated so much during the workouts. This too is absolutely normal and it's best not to stress...

Update since last entry

July 13th Mon I did the PM part of the AM/PM workout.
Tuesday - Cardio day - Took a 15 minute walk in the afternoon and then in the evening I did Jillian's 30 day shred Level 1 - it's as hard as I remembered it. I also did the PM callan workout.

Wednesday - I did 10 minutes on the ellptical this am. Did the AM portion of the am/pm workout. Will do the Pm portion tonight and add in some portions from the evolution workout.

Thursday - Cardio day - I did 50 minutes of cardio between a walk and the elliptical.

Friday AM PM

Saturday...

week 7

I don't know where the weeks are going. I swear everyday is a blur.

At one point last week I was 186. Had Amanda's graduation this last weekend, so didn't eat as healthy. I didn't break my diet, but ate more salty, fast food type of food. I almost slipped at the fair. Dad, buy me a strawberry shake just popped out of my mouth. He was on his way over to do it when I said no, just kidding, thanks but no thanks. Close one.

I am finding that numbers aren't that important, my clothes are fitting better and I am looking smaller. Plus, I just plain...
