moving on down

I'm happy to say that refusing to give into cravings yesterday that seemed to jump at me out of no where has paid off. I am down 2 more pounds. 173lbs...so far, so good. I hope I can stay strong!!

I've always been a stress-time eater and right now I have stress...and plenty of it. My family and I will be moving into a new home once we get some cosmetic issues taken care of. My boyfriend is taking care of this (2 hours away) which leaves me to take care of all 3 kids by myself. All day. Every day. For 6 weeks now. WHEW!!!

I will be about 8-9 lbs. lighter than the...

I really get so bored just posting about food and weight

and what I eat, and what I am going to eat. So you get a random sampling of my brain on any give day, sorry about your luck.
Came home from work, and found a book on my doorstep. That's always the signal of a good day. I have so many books, I fear I can't properly house and take care of them all. My books also lead very hard lives. I am afraid I love them to death. You can tell how important a book is to me by its physical state, how often I have hauled it around, and what conditions I have read it under. I swear I am only this hard on my own books, not library books or friends books....

Monday- Weigh in day

Down 1 lb for the week. Was hoping for 3 but at least it is not an increase. My goal for next week will be 2.5lbs.

Here is my meals so far for today.

Breakfast
Pepperoni and cheese slices
1 cup iced coffee with sugar free vanilla syrup

Lunch
Mixed nuts
Ceasar Salad

Dinner
Bonless buffalo wings and ranch dressing

Snack
1 cup popcorn

Well let's see. So far today for eats I have had:

5 egg cream made with coffee & 1/2 c. hc

Also about 1.5 c. of my turkey broccoli slaw casserole.

I am not really hungry today. Funny thing. I have to go over to fitday and log my food in and see where I am at. Well I had two hard boiled eggs after ball. My total calories for the day 1399, total carbs: 15.

Whoo hoo I am doing this thing.

Menu 7/20

Forgot to add in meals! I'm determined to keep myself accountable.

Breakfast: 4 slices bacon
2T pb (4 carbs)

Lunch: 1 thin cut rib eye

Dinner: hamburger patty

Snack: 1/2 c. pecans (2 carbs)

Total carbs for 7/20: 6 carbs
