Still going strong

Well today is day three and I am still going strong. Yesterday the ball game was a bit hard from lack of energy. I feel the same today. I will make sure I get some fats in to eleviate the problem. I have to make sure I stay away from the alcohol as well. There is one guy on the team that pushes it on everyone. Telling the girls he bought us these special girly drinks.

Today's food has been good. A 2 egg creme, tuna & mayo, cucumbers and the last portion of my turkey, broccoli slaw casserole. I think I might have some fried eggs for dinner.

On to some excitement...

Tuesday

Today is Tuesday and it is very rainy out. I hope it clears up so I can get in a walk. I don't want to walk on the treadmill! That is the worst excercise that I can even think about doing right now. It is sooooo boring. Even if I watch TV while I am doing it, I would rather do just about anything else!

Meals today:

Breakfast
Half of a low carb tortilla with PB
Iced Coffee with no Sugar French Vanilla Syrup

Lunch
Chicken nuggets from Chick Fil A
1/4 Cup Mixed nuts

Dinner
Baked Chicken
Green Beans...

Ok, I'm brain dead I think, lol. I had to use a calculator to figure out my days from my start date. The worse thing is that I started the on the 10th and I'm in the same month.

Thank you both for the encouragement. It's good to have people who know what's going on and care. I care about others but for some reason have a hard time when it's reciprocated.

I ran out of my blood pressure medicine almost a week ago. I'm in between doctors and expected it to be through the roof. It was high on the medicine two weeks ago. I just stopped by CVS to take...

B: bacon and eggs
L: thin cut rib eye steak
D: hamburger patty
S: 1/4 c. pecans (2 carbs)
S: 2 T p.b. (2 carbs)

Day total: 4 carbs

OMG, who would've thunk I would've ever got here.

Cravings are mainly nonexistent, and I haven't even touched the stuff except for two separate spaced out instances. I haven't even popped an L-Glut in a week or so.

addiction is a *****. first the cravings, then the rationalization, then the substitution, then not wanting to let yourself down.

but if you come through it, wow. I'm not done yet, this will be a battle the rest of my life, but I'm already significantly better than I was.
