iHateEating!

This is my first entry on here. Firstly I am 17 years old and from england. Since I was 14 I have been starving myself for periods of time and then eating, the only problem is that as soon as I put food in my mouth I feel discusting so i'd throw everything up.

Yeah, not nice. Even worse when I started using salt water. And eventually the taste became like normal to me so I decided to use bubble bath. Horrible but effective.

So as far as this year had been going I had just been throwing up basically everyday. I only stopped eating for about 2 weeks through the 6 months....

Saddlebag area toning

When practicing the exercise for saddlebags keep lengthening the leg out of the hip socket and ensure that the muscles of the leg are thoroughly stretched as you pulse. You'll know when you've reached your peak or best position as the muscles in the leg will start to vibrate.

Answers to forum questions - more than once a day

You can safely do a second hour per day and I've done this in the past if I wanted speedier result for something special looming up real fast on my calender.
Definitely increase your workouts the week preceding the event.

Arms
The new CallaneticsEvolution DVD has some exercises that are great for the arms and the upper body in general. So if that's your target area definitely check out the new DVD. The push-ups in it are the best. Most of us hate doing them but they tone the arms really fast, lift the bust and strengthen the back and stomach. If you do those you don't...

It's a better day. I've been welcomed in a group that really seems serious about losing weight and supporting one another.

I'm still having a hard time sleeping, but that was happening before I started on Atkins. The flu-like symptoms are still here, but I'm counting on it going away this week.

I'm down 4 lbs already! I know most of it is water, but my ketostix registers moderate ketosis. Some of it must be fat, I hope.

I feel like I will make it this time. My ultimate goal is health and to keep the weight off. My heart and arteries...
