So I'm past a week on my new low carb diet. I've been reading a few books on the subject, both of which describe many different low carb diet options... I'm thinking I'm pretty much doing the atkins diet. I've been trying to stay under 20 carbs a day, and I think I've been doing it... but I'm going out today to buy a food scale just to make sure!
Last night was the hardest for me so far ~ it was my daughters b-day on Monday and she is still celebrating with friends, and last night they made blueberry milkshakes ~ and I just about blew it.
Instead I made plain whipped...
