We are having a heat alert here-and I have no air conditioning in my house or in my car! It is common NOT to have air around here as extreme heat is rare. But when it happens it is so miserable when it does happen.

All I can do is lay around the house!

I have spent far too much time online this morning. Took my measurements this morning and I'm down 12-3/4 inches since the 10th of this month. I'm in shock! I have only dropped 9 lbs since I started Atkins on 6/30 but the inches are melting off!

As of today I'm 212.8 lbs and I'm hoping to make it to 199 by Sept. I might not make it but it gives me a goal to work towards.

Now I gotta stop daydreaming and get started. Today is a light day

I'm in Portland and today it got to 106 outside... and we don't have air conditioning. I'm so miserable right now ~ I swear being bigger in the heat is awful.
My feet are so swollen it hurts to walk.
I also had a jamba juice today cuz I was so hot ~ not good on the diet.
