week 8

188 again. I cheated over the weekend. Had Cory's graduation Friday, that one cheat meal lead to 3 days of cheating. Back on track today, but no weight loss this week. Two months, 10 lbs. Not the best, but I will take it. No more cheating!

Back from The Smoky Mountains...

...and yes, I misbehaved...but just a little and kept mostly to what I should have.

I did quite a lot of walking, almost like being on an upward incline on the treadmill.

After I recover from the 19 hour drive back home, I will be going into the gym this week to work it out again.

NOT great today

I felt that I have been 'cleaning up my act' and getting back on my program......

But when I stepped on my scale today I had actually gained 2 pounds. You can imagine how discouraging this is

I have been eating approx 35 grams a day. (i had been really hitting the doughnuts, chips, and crackers before.....so 35 grams is a clean-up for me)

The surprise is that I would NOT expect to gain weight on 35 grams.

I could usually steer to eat up to 60 grams and NOT gain-but certainly NOT lose.

I could usually lose a tiny bit...

How can I season ham in crock pot?
