Well, I'm out of the correct foods. Unless I want to exist entirely on eggs and hot dogs.

But I'm not going to get into bingeing. The temptation is there, sure, but I just don't want to. I'm not in ketosis because I'm eating rice and beans. It's jasmine rice, so not so bad. I get paid a week from tomorrow, and it can't come soon enough. I can reorder and hopefully recieve my Metabolism B book and buy the proper foods.
