On induction, and going to my in-laws. My mother in law likes to give me things. She won't stop offering food, stuff, until I accept SOMETHING. Its kind of like a game. Sometimes I accept sooner, and that makes it stop, but sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes I refuse gently, until she offers something that might be something i would actually be interested in. This can take a while.
I love her, but she is one of those people who will ask you repeatedly what you might want for your birthday or Christmas, and then buy you something completely different and...

I eat bacon, a lot, and still lose weight. I put butter on almost everything, and still lose weight.
Crab, salmon, lobster, shrimp, steak, all a really good plan.
The skin on chicken, the skin on salmon... crunchy delicious.
Cheese becomes my favorite treat, always available, wonderful in its variety.
I drink coffe with REAL CREAM, which I can whip or not.
Bacon cheese burgers are not forbidden, and in fact are encouraged. Who needs the bun when you can substitute...
