Yesterday was a hard induction day. I felt like I needed to keep eating, yet wasn't getting full. I felt stuffed and hungry at the same time.
This happened a few weeks ago when I went on induction, so I guess it's normal. I remember that after that I seemed to start slipping into ketosis and not feeling so hungry.
I think that has happened today. I had some eggs and bacon for breakfast and then made myself eat something around 1, even though I didn't really feel hungry.
I weighed myself yesterday, but the scale has not moved.
