slept late

Wow, was I tired last night. I slept extra late today, and when I woke up I made a smoothie and coffee. I'm getting used to using cream instead of milk or coffee mate. Last night I was hungry, and I didn't ignore that feeling, which is cool. First I drank a great deal of water, and when that didn't work I had a small block of cheese with those flax meal and psyllium crackers I made. I'm going to keep on making them. They hit the spot and the carbs with all of that fiber is probably negligible.

I'm scared deep down. It's mighty frightening when I confront the thought of...

Its Me!

I've done low-carb before, more than once, along with several other things, as I am sure you all have, too. My past dieting resume include WW, Nutri-system, Physician's weight loss (did the best on this, as its kind of low carb) among the professional-pay money for kind, and Atkins, Fit-for-Life, Body-for-life, and the Diet Cure among the do-it yourself species. I liked the lifting from Body-for-Life, so have gone back to a gym to lift. I liked the low-carb, so went back to Atkins. I really enjoyed the sanity and stability I experience on the Diet Cure, so am going back to the Amino Acid supplementation....
