It's Wednesday

So Tuesday, I did the Evolution dvd - had to break it up in 3 sessions due to time limitations.

Ate clean - protein shake for breakfast, pita pocket sandwich and fruit for lunch and chili verde burrito for dinner

Wednesday - eggs with mushrooms for breakfast, light string cheese and fruit for snack and probably a protein shake for lunch. I have chicken in the fridge - so I will put that in the crock pot with a curry sauce that's in my pantry - so that will be dinner with so basmati rice on the side and either veggies or salad for dinner.

the weight loss, I mean! As those of you who read my blog know, I have been stuck at 150lbs for the past month but I have been sticking with the plan anyway. A couple of days ago...I felt a little fat . So, I thought I better step on the scale and see what was going on. I don't always trust my perception of my weight so I use the scale to help keep me in reality. Anyway...I was saying, "Please, please could I NOT have gained any weight...could it just say 150lbs?" It said, 148!!!!! I was flabbergasted! Then today...I stepped on again...it said 147lb!!!!...

Sobriety - Day 6

had some cravings yesterday afternoon, but was able to overcome them. the mornings and through lunch are usually fine, but in the afternoon, esp if work is slow, that's when they hit.

I've heard it takes 30 days to make something a habbit. still tho, just worrying about today. let the 30 take care of itself.
