Started counting carbs June 10....I'm trying to keep them between 30 -40 a day. I am scared to weight myself...prefer to tell weight loss by how clothes are fitting/compliments until I feel up to knowing the truth! lol
I have not been drinking enough water and feel so tired....I am on summer vacation so I can just sit around and feel tired but it's not fun. I started drinking water today and will keep it up...maybe that will give me more energy.
It seems like controlling carbs worlks best for me. I don't feel any more cravings for more food...
