Sunday night

I made it through the first week with no cheating. Yeaaaaaaa

Tomorrow I am going to start my Beck Diet soluction along with atkins. Work on my head as well as my body.

Have to get my exercise in also. Skipped the last 4 days. Not going to get slim and fit like that. Weighing tomorrow morning. My first week will be up. Looking forward to recording my first loss.

Didn't Make Week's Goal--But Inches Lost

Bust: 40.5" - last week: 41"

Directly underneath bust: 34.5" - was 34" (??) (could have measured wrong; effectively no change)

Waist: 35" - was 36.25"

Hips: 43" - were 43" (no change)

I am slowly changing from an apple to a pear. But maybe this is how I gained too, hips first, then waist, then bust...I don't know, because I didn't measure on my way "up".

So, anyway...my boobs and my waist...that's good. My middle is truly my trouble spot. I'm so huge, I look pregnant. At...

Well its Saturday and I weigh 204.2 so I gained .6 this week. I don't get it. Its making me so mad. Tom was here this week and left yesterday so I should be down. I didn't cheat once this week. What the frig! I played 9 games of softball this week too. That is a lot of running around. Maybe I am retaining water because its so hot and muggy? Everyone else seems to be losing lots of weight every week and I am losing nothing. Time to do the weekly reading of my Atkins book. Maybe the egg/meat thing is not working for me.

Well, I guess now is as good a time as any. I have been working on losing weight again. All in all I have not done so bad over the last several years of losing weight and inches. At my biggest I was wearing > size 50 pants and now I can fit into 40's. I have no clue what my highest weight was but it was in excess of 330lbs and now I am down to 283 yesterday representing a 2.5 lb loss in the last week. I guess things are headed in the right direction so its time to get more serious about it and reach my long term goal which is currently at 250 but may change to 230 or even 200 eventually....
