Work out a priority and will work on eating.

Posted 06-10-2009 at 11:40 AM by Flaxman
I've been hitting the gym almost every other day and getting into strength training and the treadmill. I can't honestly say that I have been really committed as far as eating, that is, I still eat what I feel like eating but have been taking a little care.

I think what works with me well is that I need to get into a good work out and once I start doing that and seeing the effects, it will motivate me to bit by bit, cut back on eating naughties. We all know what those are.

I just can't take too much change at once but I love the buzz of working out, feeling stronger and gaining more stamina. When it comes to eating, it's kind of like taking away the one thing which helps me emotionally at times. Just being honest. Maybe that will change when I start seeing the changes physically.

I have been back on atkins induction for a couple of weeks now and finally seeing progress...This is just something I need to keep track of my food.
I have been eating basically the same foods daily. (basically not exactly) bacon and eggs for breakfast, meat and salad for lunch....and either meat and salad for super of cabbage and meat. I eat pork rinds for snack(the new vinager and salt are my faves) I like to make a mock root beer shake for desert (diet root beer and a little heavy whipping cream) 0 carbs and it is yummy.
I haven't been drinking enough water I need to learn to...

ok, so im at day 2, not low low carb, but around the 40 carb a day mark. im super stoked with that.

ok so what will i love when i am thin again:
no more feet/back/neck/calf aches. ooh and hip ache if i lie on my side too long. and my tail bone will feel ok again. Im hoping after the first 45lbs that will all start to disappear. ok...also no more snoring. i hate that i snore. It makes me exhausted in the mornings.
i cant wait to have thin feet again to wear cute shoes, to lose the fluid from my fingers to wear my pretty rings. and my 'first' ring. When i first got...

Times are hard, the economy, the housing market, I quit smoking recently, there's a tube strike today, oh yeah, and I would really like to try that spaghetti squash thing, but they don't seem to have heard of it in this "green and pleasant land."
