when someone says, "You've lost weight, haven't you?" Actually, I haven't heard that very much. In fact, today when Paula (my daughter's sister-in-law) said it, she was only the second person, apart from my daughters, that have noticed. Or...at least said something. I think it is pretty amazing...I've lost 24lbs as of this morning...and most people in my life haven't noticed? I think some people are more tuned in to that than others. I think if you are trying to lose weight, you are more aware of changes in other people...I know that I ALWAYS notice.

I haven't posted on here for a week now because I stopped losing even though I was still on the induction.
I got felt so depressed that I binged Monday & tuesday of this week. I had ice cream & choclate chip cookies. I also had salsa and corn chips..

I am up 3 pounds.
I feel terrible..

I am starting over today...
