Yep...I'm pretty sure my husband and I are crazy. We did an exterior painting job today and the temperature was in the upper 90's with a heat index over 100F. No wonder I felt sick a couple of times and needed to sit down in the shade and drink water. I think my LC WOE makes this worse. Not that I am thinking of going back to my old ways but I find that my heat tolerance isn't what it used to be and that is about the only thing different.

Anyway...the job is done! I am happy! Tomorrow Tom is working with a friend so I have the day off! Woohoo~~ I guess...

I am sad, miserable and just wanting to find a place to belong. I seem to fall back onto food, my old friend over and over. It is always there for me and isn't judgmental. BUT I see that my old friend is taking me down a road that I just don't want to travel on anymore.

I have tried so very many times to take a new path but so often I find myself back here and don't even know how I got from point a to point b. I want a change.

Today is mine. I can choose my destination....
