I thought I wasn't allergic. Apparently you can BECOME allergic at any time Soooooooooooo I have it on various parts of my body. Never had anything itch so bad. Finally after trying every other remedy known to MAN including 2 doctors visits and found from my BFF who has poison ivy all summer that Vagisil stops the itching better than anything else. I tried it and it really does work! Who woulda thunk?

I could swear I had at least one more entry in here. Ugh - am losing my mind.

I keep starting on LC and getting halfway through the week, getting caught unawares on a particular day and giving up. This needs to stop!

On the up side, I am still 4 lbs down for June, which is better than nothing. And if I detox this weekend and stick to plan, I can probably double that loss by the end of the month.

I'd love to lose 30 lbs by the fall and finally have a High Holiday season where I am not embarrassed to be seen by my old friends. We'd also love to have...

but in some ways I can understand it. Certainly it is hard to stay focused here in the winter. It is pretty cold in the villa and tucking into a home made cake is SO nice. But in this warm weather I really have no excuse.

This is what it's like for me. I fall off the wagon. Drift aimlessly for a while (months, if I am honest) then begin to think 'Atkins' and then I get into the right frame of mind and get back on the wagon again. I think that time is coming.

It had better, seeing as Robert is marrying soon and I had hoped to look slimmer for it....
