End of Day 5

Well another day done and finished with. I rocked today as well. For lunch I had my two mini quiches then some 3 eggs with mayo at about 3 p.m. Then when I got home I had 3 "clouds". Then I played ball and on the way home I had two cheeseburgers without a bun.

Oh, I am so scared to do this, but after having posted that I wanted to stay at 20 total (not net) carbs for a good while, someone pointed out in another thread that the body can reaclimate to that level and then, upping carbs at all could ultimately become impossible.

Or something like that.

So I am going to try 25 carbs--again, total, not net. It's just easier that way and there's less "wiggle room" to go crazy on any one thing, like flax...which nets out nicely but could ultimately mean more calories than I need...plus more carbs should the theory (and...

Hello,

I hope you are having a wonderful day. I just wanted to post in regard to my starting weight and measurements...and share with you where I am now. Where I plan to be is a different story. When I achieve my perfect body, I will know it and feel it, but it's not a number-as far as weight is concerned

Chest - 44.5

For The Last Time!

So today is day 4. The scale says 6 pounds (290/284/180). Even though I know it is mostly water weight, it makes me very happy.

I was in ketosis at day 2. Which seems fast (and faster than usual). But I was delighted.

It always seems like my biggest dietary issue is my addiction to Coca-Cola. If I take coke out, my caloric intake dives down even when not on a low carb diet. In induction (a loose take on Atkins -- I eat condiments and even stuff that I shouldn't eat in careful moderation and keep the CHO below 30G) I have to struggle to eat more than about...

Well its day five and so far this is what I have eaten:

3 eggs with 3 strips of bacon and 1/4 c. shredded cheese

2 mini quiches

Its about 10:30 a.m. and I will go for a walk in about 45 minutes on my lunch. I like to get out and stretch my legs. I have another game tonighte so I will be running and sweating yet again. I have to admit I did step on the scale and it dropped back down but my official weigh in isn't until Saturday so I won't post it here.

I don't know why people say you need to have carbs to exercise because I have played...
