Back on plan, at my highest weight ever.

Not being a very scheduled person definintely makes things harder....I honestly don't know what I'm having for dinner tonight, let alone lunch on Saturday.

Started counting carbs June 10....I'm trying to keep them between 30 -40 a day. I am scared to weight myself...prefer to tell weight loss by how clothes are fitting/compliments until I feel up to knowing the truth! lol

I have not been drinking enough water and feel so tired....I am on summer vacation so I can just sit around and feel tired but it's not fun. I started drinking water today and will keep it up...maybe that will give me more energy.

It seems like controlling carbs worlks best for me. I don't feel any more cravings for more food...
