Im down 3 days, and down 2 kg. yay...Im not 100% on being excited yet, im still in 'that' zone...u know the one..the one where you have been going up and down in numbers for the last, god only knows how long. well my zone is from 120 - 128. Today I am at 123.8. So Until i reach 119, which omg!! I will be so stoked, im not chucking any parties. I really cant wait to reach 119, Its like that special number. no longer in the 120s, only 9 away from 110, (well duh), but yeah I just dream of the day of getting to 99...lol. Whipped cream with stevia...holy yum!

Okay, I got my NuNaturals "pure liquid" stevia extract today. Into 2.5 oz. (5 tbsp.) heavy whipping cream, I dropped just one drop. I blended it a bit, tasted and it just didn't taste sweet. So I added one more drop and...

I've been hitting the gym almost every other day and getting into strength training and the treadmill. I can't honestly say that I have been really committed as far as eating, that is, I still eat what I feel like eating but have been taking a little care.

I think what works with me well is that I need to get into a good work out and once I start doing that and seeing the effects, it will motivate me to bit by bit, cut back on eating naughties. We all know what those are.

I just can't take too much change at once but I love the buzz of working out, feeling stronger and gaining more stamina. When it comes to eating, it's kind of like taking away the one thing which helps me emotionally at times. Just being honest. Maybe that will change when I start seeing the changes physically.

I have been back on atkins induction for a couple of weeks now and finally seeing progress...This is just something I need to keep track of my food.
I have been eating basically the same foods daily. (basically not exactly) bacon and eggs for breakfast, meat and salad for lunch....and either meat and salad for super of cabbage and meat. I eat pork rinds for snack(the new vinager and salt are my faves) I like to make a mock root beer shake for desert (diet root beer and a little heavy whipping cream) 0 carbs and it is yummy.
I haven't been drinking enough water I need to learn to...
