Should've been at Rockfest

Hmm well someone actually took the time to send me an e-mail so I'll post. I'm a bit tipsy right now, since I'm drinking from a bit of self pity. Don't worry, I don't make it a habit. It's quite rare that I do it.

This morning I was 263.5. Yes it's a loss, but not a legitimate one. I've been sleeping a lot and not eating much lately, but I have tried to keep the sweets to a minimum and am trying to get a salad a day in.

I did FitDay one day, that was it. I am simply going to have to find another way to lose, I am absolutely NOT the type to track myself daily, it's...

Hello everyone, help with exercise

I started to program near the beginning of April. I'm doing well. I've lost 50lb in 7 weeks. I am curious how many time a week people are exercising and for how long?

End of Day 3 Almost . . .

Phew finally back after a day of ball in the blazing heat. Its 6 p.m. We won all three games too.

So I had a two egg coffee creme in the morning then throughout the day I had 5 eggs, bacon and mayo mixed together and then two mini cream cheese quiches. I just had another one with a bunch of whip cream as I was hungry. Now I am going to heat up my chicken, zucchini alfredo for dinner. And lots and lots and lots of water. I had two bottles at the park and some diet pepsi but I need more water.

I feel good and know the scale has to be down tomorrow. I avoided...

Day Three

I cannot believe I made it through 3 days now. I feel so good. Today is the start of the ball tournament so I am leaving the house in 45 min for the day. I have made my egg salad with bacon, some mini quiches for my cooler. I have a 2 litre thermal cooler of water as well. Its supposed to be a scorcher.

Weight last saturday: 204.2
Today: 203.6
Total loss: .6

I am excited about the loss so far. I expect it to keep up as I go.
