June: My VLC Month

June will be my own personal VLC challenge! I was already trying to cut out all dairy except for my daily kefir, though I still use butter now and then along with coconut oil for frying. I've also been having a small glass or two of kombucha every week when I make a fresh batch. My goals this month are mainly to cut down the small amount of fruit I still eat to none, to eliminate as much veggies as I can stand without going insane, and to concentrate first and foremost on FAT, THEN MEAT! Here's to saying goodbye to that last bit of belly!

Thanks Whaomi for stopping by. It was a fun day yesterday.

Well totally unexpected as I forgot but Aunt Flo came this morning. Her baggage weighs 2.5 pounds. I am up to 205.8 from yesterday. Well she is only here temporary so I know she will take her baggage with her.

Well I have a game at 10 this morning so I have another 2 hours to relax and have breakfast and pack a lunch. We may have one or three games today depending how we do on the first one. Then I have to help my baby sister move. Ugh. It won't take long but moving sucks.

Hmm well someone actually took the time to send me an e-mail so I'll post. I'm a bit tipsy right now, since I'm drinking from a bit of self pity. Don't worry, I don't make it a habit. It's quite rare that I do it.

This morning I was 263.5. Yes it's a loss, but not a legitimate one. I've been sleeping a lot and not eating much lately, but I have tried to keep the sweets to a minimum and am trying to get a salad a day in.

I did FitDay one day, that was it. I am simply going to have to find another way to lose, I am absolutely NOT the type to track myself daily, it's...

Hello everyone, help with exercise

I started to program near the beginning of April. I'm doing well. I've lost 50lb in 7 weeks. I am curious how many time a week people are exercising and for how long?

End of Day 3 Almost . . .

Phew finally back after a day of ball in the blazing heat. Its 6 p.m. We won all three games too.

So I had a two egg coffee creme in the morning then throughout the day I had 5 eggs, bacon and mayo mixed together and then two mini cream cheese quiches. I just had another one with a bunch of whip cream as I was hungry. Now I am going to heat up my chicken, zucchini alfredo for dinner. And lots and lots and lots of water. I had two bottles at the park and some diet pepsi but I need more water.

I feel good and know the scale has to be down tomorrow. I avoided...
