After I had my steak salad (which was great!), I had the munchies.

I had a small (1/2cup size) bowl of sugar free ice cream and a 1/2 cup of salt/vinegar almonds. It wasn't too bad but I was still mad at myself.
So far today:
Breakfast - coffee with creamer/splenda and a whole wheat bagel w/cream cheese. I was hungry for some reason. I am usually not a breakfast eater and I don't have bagels.

It is bacon/eggs mostly - oh well.
Lunch - I had leftover steak salad w/a vinigrette dressing and some pumpkin seeds.
