It is a short week at work that is.

We have Friday off for Nevada Day.

This weekend I plan on resting, seeing friends, and family.
I am still at 154lbs. so my goal for next week is 152lbs. I really don't want to do another hCG protocol but if I have to.........
Another thing I want to focus on this weekend are my workouts. I need to weight lift - it has been a week!!!!!!!!!!!!!
