I Begin Today...

Today is my first day on Atkins. I'm a little nervous simply because I do not want to fail.

I weigh 243 lbs and do not recognize myself when I look in the mirror. I want my real body back.
Really bad...
I am a Christian and I believe in the power of prayer...so if you are reading this and feel so inclined, please pray for me to be strong and to succeed in losing this weight.

Day 4 Menu

breakfast 3 pm: homemade tuna salad plain, nestea diet green tea

snack: pork rinds

lunch 9 pm: about 5 ozs smoked deer meat with tbsp bbq sauce

snack: sliced cucumber

dinner: left over tuna salad

left off times because the night is young and i'm still at work and haven't eaten nighttime snack or dinner yet lol

Day 3 menu

breakfast 10:30 am: meats sampler breakfast from cracker barral sans toast (yay!!) which included one strip bacon, one sausage patty, and piece of ham, scrambled eggs with cheese, and 2 sliced tomatos with diet coke to drink

snack: pork rinds, water

lunch 4 pm: grilled pork chops, green beans, and salad nestea diet green tea

snack: sliced cucumbers in vinegar with pepper

dinner 10 pm: leftover grilled pork chops and salad

Chantyl promise to try my best to follow my chosen food plan 100% for the number of days I have stated. I will eat only the foods from my list, I will exercise, I will drink the amount of water that is appropriate for my weight and I will take the supplements I have chosen. I will be honest with my entries.

1. I am eating on the Atkins plan

2. I will exercise at least 20 minutes 5 days this week.

3. I will drink at least 64 ounces of water each day.

4. I will take the following supplements each daycalcium, multi, and fish oil.

food journal

Breakfast: 2 fried eggs and coffee with splenda and whole cream
Lunch: A bacon ranch salad from McD's and a hamburger patty. ( only 2 tbsp of dressing on salad, didn't eat it all)
Dinner: 6oz of roast beef, single serving of broccoli and cheese.
Did have a 32 oz sweet tea, along with 64 oz crystal lite.
Feel pretty good about today:
