Summer is almost over!!!

Hey Peeps!!!

I'm a little sad summer is almost over!!!! haven't posted here in a while!!! I hope everyone is doing well....still on ww core and loving it!!!! Have a little down time until school starts next week..then it's 15 hr days again....lol I love my life....God is still awesome so I can't complain!

having some oatmeal with cinnamon sticks in them....trying to get all my water in today!!!

yay for water!!!

still not too bad for all the cheating done. man, I really need to stay on plan on the weekends.

Disney is coming up in less than 4 weeks. I don't think I'm going to make mini goal.

Started Treadmill

Two days ago I started walking the treadmill. I only managed half a mile the first two days and hope to increase it a bit today. I was feeling it in my legs.On third week of Induction and I am coping well with it and drinking lots of water. Haven't had any cravings or felt hungry. Only weighing myself once a week on Friday mornings. Lost three pounds last week. Blood sugar is also coming down. I have six weeks to go before my quarterly Doctor's check so will be interested to see blood results and blood pressure and offcourse my weight by then.

2 eggs with 1 oz cheese omlet, 2 oz tri-tip
4 tsp cream in hot Kenyan tea
water

1/4 lb hebrew national hot dog with sugar free ketchup
Diet Sprite
water

Snack-
1 oz cheese
water

D-
Costco chicken ceasar salad, no croutons, did not eat all the lettuce or dressing.
Diet Cherry Pepsi
Water

This is Atkins '72-style Induction...

WEEK ONE (0-5 carbs per day)

Any meats and Fish (except sausage, hot dogs, cold cuts, oysters or scallops)
Eggs (no limit)
Diet Jello
Condiments: spices, mustard, vinegar, sweeteners, horseradish
Beverages: broth, diet soda, coffee, tea, water
Salad - two small green salads per day (2 cups loosely packed greens, 1 cup per salad, celery, cucumber and radishes. Low carb dressing, pickles and olives are allowed. See the salad veg list below)
