Well my 2nd day wasn't so hard. But it's easy to run out of ideas when you're only eating protein!
I dropped 4 lbs!
I tried a ketostick and there was a trace of ketones. I'm going to finish out day 3 anyway, because I'm capable of showing more ketones. Plus, I want to do this the right way. So here's what I had yesterday:
B - 2 slices turkey bacon, 1 scrambled egg
S - Meat Stick
L - 3 oz sauteed shrimp, 4 slices honey turkey breast
S - 2 slices turkey bacon, 1 scrambled egg (small slim jim later b4 dinner)
D - 4 oz turkey...
