Eat Fat Get Thin, Day 1....

Okay, today is day one of Eat Fat Get Thin. Today I combined it with IF and had one meal which I ate at 7:00 p.m....my eating window lasts for an hour so today that was until 8:00 p.m.

I entered my calories into Fitday and was surprised at just how few carbs 40 carbs is... Heck one cup of cooked broccoli is 13 carbs...that is a lot! One apple is 19 carbs...medium... The fajita seasoning that I used, Kroger Brand was 12 carbs for half of the package... I definitely need to find a recipe for my own low carb Fajita seasing, after reading the ingredients it was full of crap that I don't...

Wow it's been a long time since I've posted to my blog. Shame on me!!!

Let's see what have I been up to?? I'm still following WW. I must admit I started to get really frustrated. As much as I love WW I was just gaining and losing the same few pounds. It started in April and I just couldn't get the scale to consistently go down.

In July after one of my meetings where I gained 1.2 pounds I had enough!! I was totally flabbergasted and beyond stressed and upset about it. I really love the points program but for some reason the scale just wasn't moving. I know some people...

Coconut Bark Recipe...

6T coconut oil
2T heavy cream
1T butter
1-2 T carob powder
3 packs splenda (it doesn't need that much though)

Put in freezer to set...

This is a great recipe for PMS....
