Week 9............179 baby!!!

Yeah,

I'm back into the 70's. It's been a long, long while. I am so happy

Have been eating lots and lots of fresh veggies out of my garden, and then my protein. I'm not hungry and leave the table very full. LG

Week 19

ya, I know it's my own fault for cheating two days in a row prior to weigh in. Hard to believe a week and a half ago I was down to 316.

Getting a room remodeled right now and the contractor is taking longer than expected. Wifey is freaking out, and it's wearing on me. Was going to try to be done painting by yesterday so carpet could be installed today and not worry about screwing up new carpet, but that ain't gonna happen, so contractor said he'd put down drop cloths and paint for us. Ok, well, you haven't even put the freaking mud...

Heel injury

I cut the back of my heel up on the edge of a cement brick we were using for temporary stairs at the cottage. Hubby tore up the old porch that needed replacing. Pretty soon we will be building a new porch.

So I signed up for some free training at the gym. My trainer has shown me how to use other machines that will not put pressure on my heel. I am learning new things.

It could have been an excuse to stop exercising completely but I was not going to let that happen. I have come too far.

Joined Up!

Well today I joined up with the 50 pound by December 31 challenge. I need some support and this seems like a great place to do that.

I woke up yesterday morning and my weight had gone from 234 to 235.4! WTH!!! I purposely did NOT drink any of the yummy drinks at BUNKO!

I shall not be deterred but I am going to keep better track of my carbs rather than keeping a running tally in my head. Plus, my water inake is not going so well either.

Those are my goals for this week.

Starting a challenge

I have started a new chalenge today, and I hope it will have others join

It is the cheat free challenge and we strive to stay cheat free for running consecutive days. I have set rewards at 7, 14, 30 and 100 days.
