For the last few weeks I have been only semi successful with my battle with the scales. I have started recording inches. Since June 29th I have lost an inch. In all the right places! I have been eating lo carb as well as working out to my aerobics tape. So now I can forget my scales and focus on maintaining an exercise program that I can live with. I found a tape at the library for women over fifty. I liked it enough to stick with it. I found the set online that includes aerobics, strength and flexibility. I started the strength training today.
