Day Two

So far so good. Here's what I ate today, in no particular order:
  • Iced Coffee w/Da'Vinci's & Cream - x 2
  • Chicken Legs
  • Tossed salad w/cheese & boiled egg
  • cheddar cheese
  • monterey jack cheese
  • pork roast
  • saurkraut (a few bites)
  • a few pork rinds

Man oh man, I really need to go read the chapter on induction again. I'm fresh out of ideas of what to eat, and it's day too. It's probably that I just can't think clearly because my stored carbs are becoming depleted...and I know from experience that tomorrow's going to suck. But then I should be good to go!

Bought new shorts! Several sizes smaller!

I had to buy shorts for the summer, and I went shopping at Lane Bryant. I was in a 24 in some clothes before I started. Now I am wearing a size 18! WooHoo!!!

Almost 40 lbs!

I can't believe it, but I have lost almost 40 lbs! 39 to be exact! I can't believe how much I have lost in such a short time! Since the end of April!

My Food Log

So today is the end of day one on the SB WOE and I have done extremly well in my eyes. I have decided to create a post here where I can log my daily food and drink intake. It will help me to sorta be accountable to myself and others. So here goes, and btw any input is appreciated, I dont claim to know it all and am willing to learn

BREAKFEAST:
2 Lg Brown Eggs Scrambled with about 1/8 Cup Lowfat Shredded Cheddar Cheese stirred in.
3 Slices Regular Bacon
1 Bottle Water-9 ozs

LUNCH:
1 T-Bone Steak seasoned with Accent.

Counting the inches

For the last few weeks I have been only semi successful with my battle with the scales. I have started recording inches. Since June 29th I have lost an inch. In all the right places! I have been eating lo carb as well as working out to my aerobics tape. So now I can forget my scales and focus on maintaining an exercise program that I can live with. I found a tape at the library for women over fifty. I liked it enough to stick with it. I found the set online that includes aerobics, strength and flexibility. I started the strength training today. I'm happy to see the affects of my efforts, it makes...
