I had been intending on getting serious about my weight again, and had just gotten back on the wagon when Cleo invited me back here for the Mid-Year-Challenge.
I'd taken off a bit before the challenge started, 18 pounds, but I still had more to drop. So, I have been doing pretty well. I am more or less between extended Atkins induction, and OWL. My secret? No real secret, eat fat, fat and more fat! LOL! When I track my foods on Fitday, I do best when 75% or more of my caloric intake is from fat.

I also try to avoid Frankenfoods.
