Grateful for small blessings

I am grateful that I lost .02 this week. I was going to be glad if I stayed the same. Given the wedding we went to and i had some illegal bites, licks and tastes. Our leader calls em BLT"s!

i am working out harder at the gym than i was at home. they are better machines and it feels easy. plus i weigh less now so i can do more.

i like my home meeting better but i can live with it for the summer. no computers all hand written on the membership card.

Took 3 weeks to lose and 3 days to gain

DH was in town this weekend and we celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary . I decided to eat whatever I wanted and while I enjoyed myself greatly I am now back to where I was last month, 4 lbs heavier.
It is also getting a lot harder to get back on plan after eating crap for a few days.
I did learn something though, hazelnut chocolate, which I "thought" I loved, isn't as good as I remember. I was kinda disappointed at that. But i guess that's a good thing since I would be craving it now.

I started back LC this morning and I'm doing well. I don't regreat...

Somehow I managed to do OK yesterday.

I had:

- tuna salad for lunch,
- dinner was grilled wings with my own hot sauce and blue cheese, tossed salad, whipped cream with Waldens Farms Pancake Syrup on it.
- later on, 2 servings of chocolate chips
- later on, 6 slices of bacon dipped in ranch dressing and a square of lindt 85% chocolate.

I generously estimate 50g total carb for the day.

My weight is pretty much holding steady around 145.5. Pretty bad, but it's better than going up, I guess.

Gosh I used to love that...
