DH was in town this weekend and we celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary

. I decided to eat whatever I wanted and while I enjoyed myself greatly I am now back to where I was last month, 4 lbs heavier.
It is also getting a lot harder to get back on plan after eating crap for a few days.
I did learn something though, hazelnut chocolate, which I "thought" I loved, isn't as good as I remember. I was kinda disappointed at that. But i guess that's a good thing since I would be craving it now.
I started back LC this morning and I'm doing well. I don't regreat...
