B: 2 eggs w/ 1 Tbsp cream, sprinkling of cheddar, 2 Coleman natural hot dogs, 5 raspberries
S: 1/2 peanut butter choc chip granola bar
L: 2 ham slices, 3 turkey slices, w/ mayo, 1 flax cracker with cream cheese
S: 1 cheese stick
D: steak on the grill, grilled zucchini
Z: lc cheesecake

BP: 132/56 (lying down)
8:00 am ate breakfast (see menu)
9:15 am BG: 91
10:22am BG 78

So, yep, I take that as a confirmation of hypoglycemia. Normal blood sugars are supposed to *rise* after a meal.

10:30 am carby snack (teach me to not be prepared)

11:21 am BG 102, BP 134/110
12:10 pm ate lunch, napped a bit
2:54 pm BG 102, BP 142/84
3:10 pm snack

I got home yesterday afternoon to a BP of 168/111 and freaked out. Called my doc, re-started the 2nd med they'd taken me off of. I can't be on it long term as it messes with my createnine levels, but until I can get in and we talk meds it was better than having that high of a BP.

So, later on it was down to the 140's again. Not great but a darn sight better!

I also picked up a blood glucose monitor to start keeping an eye on that.

I found myself eating more than usual yesterday. Maybe even the day before too. I wasn't physically hungry. I am rarely physically hungry. I might not know what physical hunger is. But I was eating one thing after another. All legal but not necessary. Still within my points for the day but I am trying to stay below my points.

When I ask myself what is the cause.... I can only think it has to do with a confrontation that is brewing. I may look cool and calm on the exterior but obviously I am thinking about it too much in my head.

I am watching my own behavior....
