Where in the world have I been????

Man it's been almost a week since I posted to my blog! I've been to the site daily so I don't know what my problem is!!! Sorry!

The weekend and the start of the week was kinda rough because me and my husband were arguing so it was pretty tense around here. Things have gotten better though. My husband is a really sweet person and wants to try and help everyone but he doesn't realize it when a family member is trying to take advantage of him. We've talked it over and he understand my view of the situation now. Hopefully this weekend will be better....

back in a normal life... just...

gosh what a week...
we are in the middle of house selling/bying and i never excepted it so stressfull! i had one week without ANY time for sport, except cycling and running around for shopping and meetings...

finaly we had an offer for our flat and got our dream house for a bargain price (seller are very keen to sell), iam sooo happy and iam looking forward for renovating the new place. we also planed a 1-2 weeks summer holiday end of august or begin of september, thats a good motivation for me to finaly get my beachbody i always dreamed of. the new house is 5 minutes walk...

Week three has past. No signs of feeling bad, energy as advertised, another notch on the belt up.
I found out today that heavy people and Nike "Air" athletic shoes are not a good combination. See, they have this little air-filled pocket that is designed to give you cushion as you walk and it works well unless you mash it too much and it eventually blows out. Today I heard a faint "pop" in my right shoe, and a slight difference in the way it felt. Instead of acting like a tire and just blowing out and staying flat it managed to re-inflate each time I lifted my right...

1st day to looking hot

Today is the day. Yesterday an acquitance said she described me to someone as 'big'. I don't want to be that person anymore. Today I ate 3 hard boiled eggs, chicken breast w/ cheese, ham salad w/ black olives, banana peppers, carrots, cucumbers, cheese and oil and vinegar, snack- 1 pickle slice and a cheese stick.

Today, I was proud of myself. I know tommorrow will be hard but I am doing this. Don't give in self, please.

Day 3.....Always eat sitting down

That is my diet message today. I didn't finish the homework, which was to figure out a way to remind yourself to always eat sitting down. I found myself standing in front of the fridge eating a piece of lunch meat. Now I have 2 notes, one on the fridge, one on a cupboard that simply says SIT DOWN.

I was extra hungry today, so I ate more, but of food on plan.
Breakfast: the same
morning snack: chicken hotdish
Dinner Chicken hotdish and coleslaw
snack: Atkins bar
Snack: SF jello
Snack: 20 almonds
Supper: salad with cold chicken chopped...
